Job Scope / Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical and Chemicals Engineering or equivalent

• Familiar with assembly and test manufacturing process and electronic package technology

• Have similar experiences in package failure analysis would be advantage

• Demonstrate strong learning capability, able to deep dive into technical challenges and good problem solving skill

• Have basic knowledge in electrical

• Have data analysis skill using Excel, SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent technical and troubleshooting abilities

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Effective networking and collaboration capabilities

• Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence would be bonus
