JOB SUMMARY
The Senior HR Executive is responsible to oversee the administration of recruiting, staffing, benefits and managing talent. The ideal candidate will hire, coordinate, and manage employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws. He/She will also assist with payroll management and implement programs to improve employee performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Managing recruitment and selection process including sourcing, interviewing and hiring of the new employees.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc).
• Keeping a record and check daily employee attendance by using time attendance system and employee leave management.
• Conduct employee onboarding and off boarding.
• Manage employee confirmation, movements, promotion, transfer, re-designation etc and issuance of letters.
• Sourcing and coordinate training sessions, workshops and seminars with Training Providers/Vendors.
• Provide reports and information as and when required by Superior or The Management.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks related to Human Resources.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
• Familiar with HR2000 Payroll software is added advantage.
• Well-versed with the latest Employment Act & HR policies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and management.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous, teamwork and flexible.
