What you'll be doing

• Assist the facilities management team in the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other infrastructure

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues to proactively address them

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

• Support the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects

• Participate in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities

• Assist with general facilities management tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures

• Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• You have a solid foundation in mechanical or facilities engineering principles.

• You’re familiar with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB.
