Key Responsibilities
Human ResourcesAssist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and other correspondence.
Help organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
Administration
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Prepare meeting arrangements and maintain meeting records when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Support the administration team in daily operational tasks.
Assist with maintaining office documentation and records.
