In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process. In short, we help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute and realise value from deals. Through data‑driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
• Prepare deliverables
• Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Ensure adherence to compliance matters
• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand

• Degree in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA‑CAANZ, CPA Australia
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers
• Strong leadership, teamwork and client‑servicing skills
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written English
• Availability for up to 60% travel
