We are an expanding, modern automotive service centre looking for a highly skilled and responsible Automotive Foreman / Master Technician (汽修大工 / 头手) to lead our workshop team.

【Responsibilities / 工作职责】:

* Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems for various car models.

* 负责各类车型的机械、高级电路、电控系统的故障诊断与重症维修。

* Oversee major repairs including engine overhauls and gearbox/transmission maintenance.

* 负责发动机大修、变速箱维护等核心大修工作。

* Lead, manage, and distribute daily workload to junior/mid-level technicians to ensure high-quality and efficient workshop operations.

* 带领并合理分配工作给中工和学徒，监督施工质量，提升车间运转效率。

* Conduct final quality control checks on repaired vehicles before delivery.

* 负责完工车辆的质检与路试，确保维修质量合格。

* Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and proper usage of diagnostic equipment.

* 维护车间安全、整洁，规范管理与使用诊断电脑及专用工具。

【Requirements / 岗位要求】:

* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance (Experience as a Foreman/Head Mechanic is highly preferred).

* 具备5至8年以上汽车维修经验（有头手/带班经验者优先考虑）。

* Expert knowledge in electrical wiring diagnostic and troubleshooting, engine, and undercarriage systems.

* 精通汽车电路、电脑诊断、发动机和大底盘系统。

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* 具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力和团队管理意识。
