Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to support business use cases such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and recommendation systems.

• Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows for training, testing, and validating models.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to improve model accuracy and performance.

• Monitor and optimize deployed models, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.

• Ensure ethical AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy compliance.

• Document model architectures, processes, and workflows for maintainability and knowledge sharing

Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C++.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

• Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
