Our client is a well-known Japanese company with a strong presence across Asia, offering an attractive compensation and benefits package. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to support their regional business expansion.

• Serve as the main liaison for Asia markets, coordinating closely with regional stakeholders

• Collaborate with Japan Headquarters and internal teams throughout the sales cycle to achieve business objectives

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth

• Prepare monthly offers, licensing documents, and proposals, and follow up on orders and license status

• Support promotion planning and execution, in coordination with internal teams and Japan HQ

• Conduct business trips across Asia to support events, meet distributors, and monitor market conditions

• Prepare internal sales reports and project status updates

• Assist in inventory and stock arrangements

• Monitor and analyze toy market trends and character/IP trends to support business decisions

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience (experience in toys industry or Japanese companies is an advantage)

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is required – N1 preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and perform under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

• High sensitivity to toy market dynamics and IP/character trends
