Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Sales Assistant:

  • Provident sales support to sales team including handling customer enquieies and follow up sales orders

  • Prepare quotation / delivery note / invoice / sales / shipping documents

  • Supplier & Inventory management including arranging delivery schedule and handling products samples

  • Contact with vendors through email and phone call for purchase order and logistic arrangement

  • Arrange shipment & delivery

  • Data entry and general office support duties


Sales :

  • Develop and manage business opportunities in Hong Kong /mainland China / Global Markets.

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects while maintaining existing customer relationships.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the domestic market.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Multilingual proficiency is preferred

  • Proven sales experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

  • Energetic and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
