We are a premier company specializing in tourism, luxury yachting, and top-tier hospitality services in Hong Kong. To support our rapid business expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our core leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies across the Hong Kong yacht market, tourism sector, and hospitality services to ensure the achievement of corporate revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing business development team. Establish efficient workflows, inspire team potential, and demonstrate exceptional execution capabilities to drive results.
Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, travel agencies, premium brands, and other potential B2B partners to expand our market share.
High-End Client Management: Develop and promote bespoke yachting and travel experiences tailored for HNWIs, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics within the APAC and Hong Kong luxury sectors. Provide forward-looking insights and actionable recommendations to the executive board.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field.
Industry Experience (Crucial): Proven track record and deep understanding of the Hong Kong yacht market, tourism sector, luxury hotels, or premium/bespoke services.
Management & Execution: Extensive experience in team management with a strong commercial acumen and outstanding execution skills. Must be a proactive problem-solver capable of leading a team to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Network: An established network of contacts and client resources within the Hong Kong travel, hospitality, or yachting industries is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
