Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and maximize revenue

• Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process to secure new clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions

• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in ideally in Business or a related field;

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, in the construction industry will be given preference;

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficiency in any other language is an advantage;

• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
