Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth and maximize revenue
Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process to secure new clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in ideally in Business or a related field;
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, in the construction industry will be given preference;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficiency in any other language is an advantage;
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
