About the role

As the IT Services Manager at Pro-Tech Technology (Asia) Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of IT support and services to our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our technology infrastructure, applications, and IT-related processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and lead the in-house IT support team, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness to user needs

2. Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, software, and hardware to support the company's operations

3. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and optimal efficiency

4. Analyse and address IT-related incidents, problems, and service requests in a timely and effective manner

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience

6. Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes

7. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on IT-related initiatives and investments

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT services management role, preferably within the technology or professional services industry

2. Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting a wide range of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure

3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to effectively address IT-related challenges

4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

6. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT services domain

7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
