Nestle Hiring! Full Time Assistant Trade Manager in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Reporting to the Retail & Trade Manager, you will drive the growth of Nespresso’s trade business across Hong Kong and Macau by leading commercial partnerships, enhancing omni-channel performance, and delivering strong business results. 

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop partnerships with offline and online trade partners (including brick & mortar and Brick & click), including end-to-end negotiation and deal closure

• Drive sell-in/sell-out performance and optimize KPIs such as conversion, member acquisition and ROI

• Plan and execute trade activities (POSM, promotions, campaigns, roadshows) with internal stakeholders

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across channels

• Manage promoter agencies, enhance productivity and ensure premium customer experience is properly executed by regular store visits

• Monitor budget, P&L and business performance to ensure effective resource allocation

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in commercial partnership management, preferably in home appliances or retail environment

• Familiarity with electronics chains, department stores, or equivalent retail networks is highly preferred

• Proven track record in key account management, negotiation and omni-channel trade

• Experience in premium brand environment, with strong understanding of brand positioning

• Strong analytical mindset, agile, proactive and take ownership of business outcomes
