Position:
We are seeking a highly competent Technical Manager to oversee post-sales technical support, preventive maintenance, emergency repair coordination, spare parts inventory management, and installation quality control for commercial kitchens and laundry. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge field engineering teams, clients, and internal project divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Service Operations Management: Schedule and supervise a team of service technicians for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration, ventilation, gas cooking equipment).

• Parts & Inventory Control: Manage the spare parts warehouse in Hong Kong – ensure critical parts availability, optimize stock levels, handle urgent parts requisition from local or overseas suppliers.

• Technical Support & Quality Assurance: Provide technical support; conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Customer & Contractor Liaison: Handle service contracts, SLA management, and emergency call-out arrangements for our clients.

• Team Training & Development: Train technicians on new equipment models, safety protocols, and diagnostic procedures. Maintain service records and generate performance reports.

• Project Handover Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth handover of new equipment, including client training on operation and basic maintenance.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical service of commercial/industrial equipment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in commercial kitchens or catering equipment is a strong advantage.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiar with gas appliances, refrigeration circuits, electrical control panels, and steam systems.

• Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English (written & spoken). Mandarin is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong crisis management, decision-making under pressure, and customer-facing communication.
