Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for hardware, software to end user.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Infrastructure & Systems
  • Maintain and monitor Wi-Fi, firewall, switches, and VPN connections
  • Manage endpoint security, patching, and updates
  • Oversee IP phone systems, ensuring availability and quality
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation of systems, processes
  • Support and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN connectivity, and firewall configurations
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across all endpoints.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the IT department.
IT Operations & Projects
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and technology upgrades.
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, which is preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of IT support/administration experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
  • Experience in cloud administration and hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
