Job Description
Responsibilities
We are seeking a high-caliber, adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our top management in a fast-paced, international business environment. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on diversity in their workday—moving seamlessly from high-level investor presentations to hands-on project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication: Act as a primary representative for the company, delivering professional presentations and pitches in Mandarin to key clients and investors.
Project Participation: Actively participate in growth projects and market expansion initiatives. This involves conducting research, preparing reports, and attending high-stakes meetings.
Event Attendance: Accompany the top management on business activities and attend industry events. Due to the nature of our business development cycle, non-working hours will be required for special events.
Team Collaboration: Work as a core member of the CEO’s Office, collaborating closely with other secretarial and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and executive support.
Language Integration: While fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is essential for presentations, you must possess a strong listening/reading comprehension of English to navigate internal local operations and vendor communications effectively.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written). Excellent command of English. Strong passive understanding of English is required.
Professionalism: Exceptional grooming and interpersonal skills suited for high-level corporate environments.
Resilience: High level of physical and psychological resilience for travel and evening social engagements.
Visa Status: We welcome applications from candidates currently holding a valid Hong Kong work visa (e.g., IANG, Dependent, or other employment-based visas). We are a licensed employer prepared to provide the necessary documentation for visa extensions for the right candidate, in full compliance with the Hong Kong Immigration Department’s regulations.
We offer an attractive package commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Please apply with full resume, portfolio, present and expected salary, quoting the ref. no. to the Human Resources Department, Pricerite Home Limited, 28/F Manhattan Place, 23 Wang Tai Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, HK; or fax to ************* or press "APPLY NOW"
