Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to oversee targeted specialists, including Oncologists, Hematologists, and Ophthalmologists. The role involves building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, managing private sector accounts, and driving sales growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage key accounts within the specialty care segment, focusing on Oncologists, Hematologists, and Ophthalmologists.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), private clinics, and medical groups.
Plan, organize, and implement selling activities in line with the business strategy for the private sector.
Maximize sales and profitability through appropriate sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and technical support programs.
Conduct regular sales performance analyses and business reviews to identify gaps, issues, and action plans.
Maintain and develop relationships with potential and existing customers to maximize sales prospects.
Perform regular customer calls at the specified frequency to achieve sales targets and volume goals.
Identify new business opportunities and secure new or expanded business within the territory while maintaining existing accounts.
Develop and maintain up-to-date territory and customer records.
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses to ensure smooth operations.
Be accountable for achieving departmental ROI and KPI targets.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or a related business discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GP/NGO/HMO or similar healthcare sectors.
Proven ability to establish strong and reliable connections with major key account clients in medical group/clinic channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
