Managing the existing staff across different clients on their contract renewals as well as in understanding their issues and resolving them on a timely basis .

Aligning internal management / client / candidates in order to make a successful onboarding by negotiating with them .

Followup with clients on PO issuance and chasing finance to generate the invoice on time to time basis .
