Fubon Bank Hiring! Full Time Senior Network Engineer-Network Engineer, Infrastructure, Information Technology in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support 7x24 network, including voice and data, infrastructure environment and products

• Manage equipment rooms

• Participate in various IT projects to setup network infrastructure and provide support

• Communicate with other IT support teams, vendor and users for network service requests and changes

• Troubleshooting and solving network related production issue. Network infrastructure performance monitoring and tuning

• Prepare network infrastructure related document, including but not limited to procedures, diagrams, standard operation process and capacity planning report

• For Senior Engineer, assist Section Head to train junior engineers, plan for daily support activities and manage vendor to meet defined SLA

Requirements:

• Diploma / University graduate in Computer related field

• CCNA, CCNP and ITIL certificates

• CISSP and CCIE certificates are an advantage

• For Engineer, at least 3 years working experience in network infrastructure support

• For Senior Engineer, at least 5 years working experience in all rounded IT network and security solution design, maintenance and support in Banking industries or IT related field

• Hands-on experience on network equipment, firewall, Internet gateway proxy, load balancer, VPN, NAC

• Solid experience on network management utilities, such as SolarWind, WhatsUpGo and Ciscowork

• Solid experience in IP phone & PABX and voice recording system

• Knowledge in Windows and Linux platform

• Independent working ability to complete assigned tasks

• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with other technologists and business partners to maintain a secure and reliable network infrastructure

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
