We are searching for an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Tan&Low' in Melaka. As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our clients, with a focus on property transactions and related matters. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of legal professionals and contribute to the ongoing success of our firm.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a diverse portfolio of property-related transactions, including residential and commercial property sales, purchases, and leases

• Conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing complex legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and agreements

• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process

• Liaising with relevant authorities and third parties to ensure the successful completion of property transactions

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records, and adhering to strict ethical and professional standards

• Collaborating with the wider legal team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a conveyancing or property law role, preferably within a reputable law firm

• Excellent understanding of property law, regulations, and best practices

• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software applications

• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high ethical standards
