Responsibilities
Assist in supervising concierge team to ensure the operation smoothly
Ensure all luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely
Handle enquiries and requests from all guests
Provide recommendation of local tourist attractions and arrange local tour when necessary.
Handle parcels, packages, letters and messages inflow and outflow
Arrange transportation for guests
Requirements
Form 6 or above with certificate in hospitality management advantageous
Minimum of 2 years in Hotel Concierge or customer service experience
Customer services oriented, proactive and a team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Assistant
