Hotel Cozi Hiring! Full Time Concierge Captain in New Territories, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising concierge team to ensure the operation smoothly

• Ensure all luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely

• Handle enquiries and requests from all guests

• Provide recommendation of local tourist attractions and arrange local tour when necessary.

• Handle parcels, packages, letters and messages inflow and outflow

• Arrange transportation for guests

Requirements

• Form 6 or above with certificate in hospitality management advantageous

• Minimum of 2 years in Hotel Concierge or customer service experience

• Customer services oriented, proactive and a team player

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Concierge Assistant
