Responsibilities

•  Ensure smooth operation of the production at the factory by monitoring of KPI.

•  Planning, organizing and controlling to meet company goals and objectives.

•  Continuous improvement on production quality and efficiency.

•  Well handle and controlling of physical inventory.

•  Well handle of projects related to plant upgrade.

•  Well maintain and monitoring all International Licenses of the plant (LBMA, RJC Coc…) and ensure to pass audit and proficiency test provided.

•  Well maintain and monitoring all local Licenses of the plant (Industrial license, DG goods license, waste disposal license…) and ensure always acted in compliance.

•  Ensure safety at workplace. Work well with safety officer to provide safety working environment.

•  Build up a strong and highly efficient production team.

•  Provide updated statistic data and forecast Refining Manager for production and strategy planning.

•  Provide technical support and consult and Refining Manager.

•  Handle all miscellaneous task provided by Country Manager and Refining Manager.

•  Well manipulating of ERP system. (SAP)

Requirements

•  Tertiary Education or above with Chemistry background.

•  5 years or above management experience in industrial field.

•  Organized, dynamic, and purpose driven.

•  Strong project management skills.

•  Strong team building skill and team leadership.

•  Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is a must.

•  Good interpersonal and communication skill.

•  Good English.
