You will drive the technical and operational success of a critical data acquisition function by overseeing collection schedules and service standards. Leveraging a strong data analytics background, this role spearheads efficiency projects and provides vital technical support for system upgrades and equipment specifications.

Your Role:

• Manage and optimize work schedules to guarantee the timely collection of critical operational data
• Monitor operational performance metrics to consistently meet and exceed established service standards
• Deliver technical expertise to shape engineering specifications and guidelines for advanced systems and equipment
• Develop and implement standardized procedures, operating guidelines, and training programs to support daily operations
• Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) frameworks for system enhancements and new platform deployments
• Execute critical ad-hoc tasks and additional duties as directed by leadership to support the team

What You'll Do:

• Analyze large datasets to identify operational bottlenecks and initiate strategic efficiency improvement projects
• Utilize advanced data tools and programming languages including Python, R, VBA, Power BI, or Power Platforms
• Apply domain knowledge in metering operations and enterprise systems like SAP or Oracle to streamline workflows
• Collaborate flexibly within a cross-functional team environment while managing project delivery under tight deadlines
• Maintain high levels of safety awareness and mindfulness across all engineering and operational activities
