About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Team Lead, Human Resources based in our KL Eco City office, this full-time position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing impactful training programmes to support the growth and development of our employees.
Job Descriptions:
Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that address the evolving skill gaps and learning needs of our workforce.
Develop and curate engaging training content, utilising a variety of delivery methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
Coordinate the logistics and administration of training initiatives, including scheduling, venue management, and participant registration.
Gather and analyse training data to measure the effectiveness of programmes and identify areas for improvement.
Provide coaching and mentoring support to help employees reach their full potential.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our programmes.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development or training role, ideally within the human resources or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Proficient in using learning management systems and other training technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and development.
