PERSOL APAC Hiring! Full Time Senior Data - AI Engineer (Microsoft Fabric) in - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data & AI Engineer to lead the build-out and operationalization of our Microsoft Fabric data platform across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a hands-on role focused on building scalable data infrastructure and enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the MS Fabric platform for APAC
• Design and deploy data pipelines integrating regional source systems
• Implement data quality, governance, and lineage using Microsoft Purview
• Develop semantic models and Power BI datasets to support analytics and reporting
• Standardise KPIs and ensure consistent data outputs across dashboards
• Enable AI and Copilot use cases with high-quality, governed data
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and global data teams
• Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in data engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms
• Experience with Power BI, data governance, and analytics solutions
