MindPec Solutions Hiring! Full Time Senior Sales Executive in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for Senior Sales Executives with proven experience in dealer shop sales and management to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through proactive market engagement. This role requires strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, particularly tyre and parts distribution, and the flexibility to travel outstation to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibility :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tyre dealers, workshops, and retail partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Conduct customer visits, deliver product training, and gather market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide insights for strategic planning.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade events.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.
• Travel outstation as required to strengthen customer coverage and business growth.

Requirement :

• 3–5 years of experience in tyre retail sales, retail management, or automotive parts distribution.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of the automotive aftermarket and distribution networks.
• Ability to work independently and manage frequent outstation travel.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Malaysia.
