Responsibilities

Join our fast-growing beauty and skincare team as a Videographer cum Video Editor and bring creative ideas to life through engaging visual content. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented creator who understands video storytelling, social media trends, and content production. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, experience shooting and editing high-quality videos, and can create content that captures attention across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.


Office Location : KL Trillion

Work Arrangements : Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.30pm) (Break : 12.30pm - 2.00pm)

Open to Junior & Senior candidates, job grading will be determined by level of experience.


Job Description


  • Independently handle the full video production process, including shooting, lighting setup, editing, color grading, and final video delivery.
  • Professional execution of engaging short-form video content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with talents/models during shoots and contribute creative ideas for storytelling, pacing, and visual presentation.
  • Operate camera, lighting, and basic audio equipment to ensure high-quality production output.
  • Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final video assets while continuously optimizing content performance based on trends and feedback.


Qualifications


  • Diploma or above in Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing with strong shoot-and-edit integrated capabilities.
  • Proficient in camera operation, lighting setup, and editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Proficiency with shooting equipment (e.g., DSLR) and editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro), mastering all aspects from shooting and lighting to color grading.
  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is a bonus.
  • Basic scripting or content planning/creative direction skills are an added advantage.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and understanding of social media content trends.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
