Responsibilities:
Location: Johor
Process General Insurance transactions including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Perform receipting and payment processing for insurance transactions.
Ensure policy documents are accurate, complete, and issued on time.
Manage policy documentation, records, filing, and administrative tasks.
Handle email and phone enquiries from customers, intermediaries, agents, brokers, and internal teams.
Support customer service standards by ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Assist in system enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
Support User Acceptance Testing for system changes and improvements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and data entry.
Work in a fast-paced and diverse insurance operations environment.
Required Skill:
General Insurance, policy processing, receipting, AS400, UAT, documentation, customer service, administration, and stakeholder coordination.
