Job Summary

As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will support and enhance business information systems by resolving ICT service requests, assisting system implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital process improvements and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to users at for the company, managing and prioritizing support requests from local and remote users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues to restore system functionality promptly
  • Assist with systems migration to cloud platforms, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption
  • Maintain and monitor ICT systems proactively according to maintenance plans to prevent issues and optimize performance
  • Prepare equipment and services in alignment with work specifications and deadlines
  • Collaborate with ICT Manager, Functional Digital Leads, and other stakeholders to support digitization and process automation initiatives
  • Document business requirements and system changes clearly to support ongoing system evolution and user needs
  • Develop and deliver training, materials, and support to key users to enhance system usage and data analytics capabilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for ICT project execution
  • Analyze root causes of business issues and develop effective resolutions to improve system reliability
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data and information
  • Build and maintain workflows and process automation to streamline operations
  • Participate as a project team member to support ICT initiatives and implementations
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and simply to diverse stakeholders
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supporting ICT projects
  • Occasionally lift and transport moderately lightweight objects as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Engineering or ICT Degree/Diploma
  • Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of low code and process automation platforms such as Power Platform and Nintex
  • Experience with ICT systems development, testing, and implementation
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices for complex data management
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a complex, rapidly changing global business environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills applied to ICT support and system improvements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
