Job description

As a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist focusing on Operational Excellence, Strategic Procurement & Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high accuracy & efficiency in the end-to-end order fulfillment lifecycle while maintaining inventory integrity & supply chain resilience. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, process-focused & results-driven, with a proven track record in optimizing operational processes and leveraging business intelligence to improve stability and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence & Order Management

• System Stewardship: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment lifecycle within SAP B1, ensuring all orders are processed, validated & completed with high accuracy & efficiency

• Workflow Optimization: Regularly review & refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce lead times & eliminate bottlenecks in the order-to-delivery process

• Strategic Supply Chain & Procurement

• Inventory Intelligence: Monitor stock consumption trends to forecast demand & calculate precise replenishment timelines to prevent stockouts & minimize excess inventory

• Strategic Sourcing: Manage supplier relationships & lead negotiations to optimize pricing, credit terms & service levels

• Procurement Oversight: Oversee the sourcing and acquisition of business assets and supplies, ensuring cost-efficiency across all company expenditures

• Risk Management: Identify & vet alternative suppliers to ensure business continuity & supply chain resilience

• Warehouse & Fulfillment Management

• Facility Oversight: Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a safe, organized & compliant condition, meeting all industry & quality standards

• Inventory Integrity: Manage regular stock counts & audits to ensure 100% reconciliation between physical inventory & SAP B1 records

• Delivery Performance: Coordinate with team members and partners to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled within the established timeframes

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Reporting & Visualisation: Design & maintain automated Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into operational KPIs & inventory health

• Data Extraction: Utilize SQL to extract & manipulate data from SAP B1 for deep-dive analysis & custom reporting

• Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with Functional Heads  to provide up-to-date information & actionable insights to management team and aid in decision making 

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field

• At least 3–5 years of working experience & a proven track record in business analytics, logistics, and process improvement, preferably within a fast-paced environment where high accuracy & system integrity are paramount

•  Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems & analytical tools, specifically SAP Business One, SQL for data extraction & Power BI for developing automated dashboards that provide actionable visibility into operational KPIs & inventory health

• Experience in logistics & fulfillment management, including inventory management, refining SOPs to eliminate bottlenecks & managing logistics & supplier relationships to drive measurable cost-efficiencies & ensure supply chain resilience

• Highly organized & detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively & solve complex problems independently while remaining adaptable to process changes in a collaborative, team-oriented setting

• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) & interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, bottom-line insights for Finance & Management teams to support strategic decision-making
