Job Summary

Prepare, cook, and present dishes following company menu and quality standards while maintaining hygiene and safety. Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the company’s menu and food quality standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in a clean, hygienic, and safe manner to meet food safety regulations
• Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and cleaning tasks
• Check food ingredients and ensure proper storage of raw materials to maintain freshness and safety
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
• Assist in stock checking and promptly inform the supervisor when ingredients need replenishment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service hours
• Work independently to prepare and cook food to meet service demands in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
