Job Description

Responsibilities

Research and prepare necessary documentation for international shipping, ensuring all products meet labelling and customs compliance for regional export.

Manage the logistical lifecycle for the FHA Singapore trade show, including stock forecasting, booth logistics coordination and onsite supply chain management.

Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the end-to-end flow of tea products, from raw material procurement to final customer delivery
