BUSINESS ANALYSIS CAREER Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Entry / Junior Business Analyst, you will gather requirements, analyze business needs, and work closely with stakeholders to support successful projects and business initiatives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Analyze business processes and workflows
• Translate business needs into functional requirements
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support KPI tracking and performance measurement
• Assist in forecasting and business planning activities
• Present findings to stakeholders and management

Process Improvement

• Review existing business processes and identify inefficiencies
• Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities
• Support implementation of new workflows and procedures
• Assist with change management initiatives
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users and project teams
