Provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization. As an IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive, you will troubleshoot issues, manage systems, and support users with hardware, software, and network-related problems.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES️ Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Respond to IT support requests from users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support
- Assist with system errors, access issues, and performance problems
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
System & Infrastructure Support
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Support servers, workstations, and IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Ensure IT infrastructure stability and uptime
Network & Connectivity Support
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
- Assist in network configuration and maintenance
- Support routers, switches, and firewall settings
- Monitor network performance and security
- Coordinate with vendors for network-related issues
Security & System Maintenance
- Ensure systems are updated with patches and security updates
- Support antivirus and endpoint protection tools
- Assist in implementing IT security policies
- Monitor for potential security risks or breaches
- Maintain backup and recovery procedures
User Support & Training
- Provide guidance and training to end users
- Create user manuals and technical documentation
- Support onboarding of new employees (IT setup)
- Assist staff with software usage and troubleshooting
- Ensure smooth user experience across systems
IDEAL CANDIDATE Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems and networking
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting methods
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP basics
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues

REQUIREMENTS
