Job Description

• Measuring and preparing tender documentation and negotiating with contractors
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation
• Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions, etc
• Preparation of tender submission with a specific deadline
• Evaluate and process vendors' claims
• Prepare monthly progress claims in a timely manner
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2- 4 years experience in this position in main-contractor
• Prefer candidates who can start to work immediately
• Strong familiarity with quantity surveying and best practices
• Resourceful, Outspoken and Good Negotiator, Initiative, Communicator
• Able to work in team work, independently and self-motivated
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
