Job Summary

• Manage full spectrum of finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes
• Provide financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making
• Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and efficiency
• Monitor financial performance, cost controls, and KPI reporting
• Lead audit, tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance matters
• Support process improvements, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives
• Participate in business expansion, investment evaluation, and strategic planning activities
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent are an added advantage
• At least 5 years of progressive experience and exposure in leading & guiding a team.
• Relevant experience in IT, Telecommunications or related industries
• Strong analytical mindset with good business acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working Location & Mode:

• Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• 5 Days on-site

Remuneration:

MYR 8,000 - MYR 12,000
