Key Responsibilities
Policy & Placement Support
- Prepare and process insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal slips.
- Issue, check, and maintain policy schedules, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
Client Servicing
- Support in handling client requests, queries, and policy changes.
- Prepare client reports and renewal notices.
- Maintain updated records of client policies and ensure timely follow-ups.
Claims Coordination
- Assist clients with claims notification, documentation, and submission.
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to track claim progress.
- Provide regular updates to clients and ensure claims are settled within agreed timelines.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and claims in the system.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, trackers, and renewal registers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to submit their applications.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
