Functions:

• Assist Head of Community Programmes in the efficient planning and operations of community projects.
• Support the development of partnerships and new services with other healthcare organisations.
• Manage projects to ensure that all projects meet the intended objectives, outcomes, and deadlines.

Job Descriptions:

• Carry out quality control and compliance procedures.
• Conduct outreach activities.
• Conduct programmes.
• Develop informative materials.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Identify areas of improvements in programmes.
• Maintain daily records on clients' progress.
• Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders.
• Plan the manpower roster for programmes.
• Provide programme updates to supervisor.
• Support the review and development of programmes based on client needs.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
• Coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Cover duties, whenever necessary and required.
• Prepare reports (Internal and External)
• Assist and cross over duties of other sections within the department when required
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

The Person:

• Required to travel to Beach Road and Fernvale due to operations needs on alternate Saturdays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• Positive and willing to learn.
