Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare documents i.e. Directors’ Resolution and other relevant documents for clients
• Assist in updating and maintaining our clients’ company register for compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
• Management and maintenance of a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties
• Ensure compliance with the provision of Singapore Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting & Filing
• Monitoring of statutory deadlines and provide advice on corporate secretarial matters
• Liaise with the accounting team, management, and clients
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification under the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA)
• Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking
• Good communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated and strong team player
• Able to organize work and prioritize with minimum supervision
• Relevant experience in the professional firms is an advantage
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin language
• Computer proficiency in MS Office application
