Responsibilities
Job Description
Operate and monitor production equipment, machinery or plant process systems
Carry out daily production / process / plant operation activities according to SOP
Perform routine checks, field patrols, sampling and basic quality checks
Record production data, process readings and reports accurately
Support equipment start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting and maintenance activities
Report abnormalities, equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety procedures
Work closely with production, maintenance and QC teams to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Process, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field
Experience in process, production, chemical plant, manufacturing or machine operation is welcome
Able to work in plant / manufacturing environment
Able to perform shift duties if required
Responsible, safety-conscious and willing to learn
