Position: Warehouse Assistant

Work Week & Shift: 5 days & 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

Location: West & East Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the assigned logistics works, e.g., receiving goods, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc., following Standard Operating Procedures / Instructions given / etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instructions/etc.
• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.
• Maintain accurate records of stock that have been stocked and report to customer service/superior if any stock relocation/cargo is not found during picking.
• Verify all incoming shipments are accurate by comparing the invoice/packing list to the order, and ensure all goods are in good condition when received. Marking on incoming documents if discrepancies/damage are found and report to the Supervisor/Customer service immediately.
• Verify all outgoing shipments are accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order, and ensure all goods are correct before release to the transporter/driver/export container.
• Manage and handle the shipping, loading, and unloading of goods.
• To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in the system.
• Accurate picking/packing, weight, and cargo dimensions are taken.
• To ensure the smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• To ensure the cleanliness/housekeeping/tidiness of the warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned.
• Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury/property damage

Salary range:

• $2000 – $2300
