Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including sandwiches, salads, and simple hot meals, following our standard recipes and procedures.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
Manage food inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen supplies to prevent waste and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times, adhering strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Assist with other kitchen duties as required to support the outlet's operations.
Requirements
Previous experience (1 to 2 years) in a kitchen or F&B environment.
A strong passion for food preparation and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
