Job Description
Manage trainee registrations, attendance taking, and course completion records.
Act as the main point of contact for trainees, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
Handle post-training activities such as feedback collection and course evaluations.
Prepare Statements of Attainment (SOA) or Certificates of Completion in accordance with SSG requirements.
Verify trainee eligibility, attendance, and assessment results prior to certificate issuance.
Ensure accuracy of trainee details and certification records.
Maintain proper records of issued certificates for audit and compliance purposes.
Ensure training operations comply with SSG requirements and WSQ framework (where applicable).
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, assessment results, and supporting documents.
Prepare and organise documentation for SSG audits, inspections, and reporting.
Support compliance with Training Provider Quality Assurance (TPQA) standards.
Qualifications
ITE or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1 year of experience in training coordination, HR, or learning & development (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
