The incumbent shall be responsible to:
To oversee Dishing and Assembly Operations
Ensure that dishing activities are carried out in accordance to the standard operating procedures
Ensure that all special requests are properly arranged and catered to meet patients’ needs
Adhere to food hygiene and MUIS standard
The Requirements
Minimum Diploma in culinary skills or equivalent
Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene
Good knowledge in Electronic Meal Ordering System
