Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to local and remote users.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, network and connectivity issues.
Manage, prioritize and escalate support requests where required.
Support ICT systems, inventory, engineering tools and other business applications.
Assist with system migration, cloud platform projects and ICT implementations.
Monitor and maintain ICT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare IT equipment and services according to business requirements.
Document system changes, support activities and business requirements.
Work with internal teams and vendors to support ICT projects and process improvements.
Provide user training, guides and support materials where required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Support workflow improvements and process automation initiatives.
Requirements
Engineering or ICT Degree/Diploma.
Understanding of ITIL framework.
Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in ICT support, systems implementation, testing or development.
Able to communicate technical information clearly to users and stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of Power Platform, Nintex or other process automation tools.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and data management best practices.
