Key Responsibilities
Prepare and scale ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Mix, knead, ferment, shape, and bake various types of bread
Maintain product quality, consistency, taste, texture, and appearance
Assist in creating new bakery and pastry products
Requirements
Prior experience as a baker or pastry cook
Interest in bread and pastry craftsmanship
