KITCHEN ASSISTANT (ISLANDWIDE)
Location: Islandwide (assigned based on operational requirements)

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Cook with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
Prepare ingredients and perform basic cooking duties according to approved recipes and menus
Sort, store, and distribute ingredients following food safety and stock rotation procedures
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations
Adhere to food hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs at all times
Support kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Assist with inventory handling and proper storage of food items
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment
Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and food hygiene practices
Physically fit and able to lift/carry loads of approximately 10–15kg
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable team player with good work ethic
Working Hours
Shift schedules vary based on deployment location:
• Early Shifts: Between 5:00am – 6:00pm
• Rotating Shifts: 8:00am – 6:00pm / 10:00am – 8:00pm
• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am (3-hour break provided)
• Afternoon Shifts: Between 12:00pm – 10:00pm
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs
