Job Description
Responsibilities
- - Manage the daily scheduling of theworkers and projects.
- - Be the risk assessment forms specialistin the company and assist all Project Managers on this aspect
- - Monitor and submit tenders andquotations on a timely and accurate manner
- - To work with our existing clients toensure a smooth, successful and timely execution of their projects.
- - To prepare quotations or manage existing accounts, coordinate with graphic, printing, carpentry, production, sewing,logistics departments, daily scheduling and to serve as the main contact pointwith our customers to ensure the accuracy, quality and timely delivery ofprints, carpentry and event logistics.
- - To attend site meetings, site recee with clients as and when required and follow up on the subsequent meetings
- - To be actively involved and to ensuredaily manpower and transport scheduling, follow up on daily checks andproduction of assigned items to meet agreed customers’ timelines anddeliverables
- - To follow up on final invoicing of the customers and payment collections at the end of every project.
- - A strong command of English is required to communicate with clients.
- - Ability to mulit-task and control multiple concurrent running projects is key
