We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Landscape Architect with strong sales and client management capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess both technical landscape design expertise and the ability to drive business development opportunities within the landscaping industry.

This role is suitable for a motivated individual who enjoys combining design excellence with client engagement, project management, and strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape design projects from concept through to successful completion, ensuring design quality and client satisfaction
• Prepare detailed landscape proposals, presentations, and tender submissions to secure new projects
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support project success and business growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company sales targets to expand market presence
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project consultations to assess requirements and provide expert guidance
• Coordinate effectively with operations, project, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and smooth project delivery
• Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and designers to develop their skills and enhance team performance
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant authority regulations and industry standards for quality and safety

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in landscape design and project management.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the landscaping or construction industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or relevant design software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
