Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems (servers, desktops, laptops, peripherals).

  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware issues.

  • Manage network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure connectivity.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system health checks.

  • Support hardware upgrades and replacements across the organization.

  • Document and track hardware inventory and asset lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve escalated hardware problems.

  • Ensure compliance with IT security and safety standards.
